Service terms

Last updated 25 October 2026

These terms apply to every project I (Yash Parmar, Delhi, India) do for you, together with the written scope we agree before work starts. If the scope and these terms disagree, the scope wins.

Scope

Before any payment, you get a written scope: what's included, the price, and the expected launch date. Anything not in the scope is extra, and I'll quote it before doing it.

Payment

Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included. A round is one consolidated list of changes, sent together. Changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.

Fixes after launch

For 30 days after launch, I fix anything that doesn't work as described in the scope, free. New features, and problems caused by changes made by someone else or by a third-party service, aren't covered, but I'll tell you what's wrong and quote the fix.

Ownership

You own every account: domain, hosting, WhatsApp Business account, calendar and automation tools are registered to you or your business. When the final payment is made, everything I built for you (code, content, workflows and configuration) is yours. I may show the finished work in my portfolio, unless you ask me not to.

Your responsibilities

You provide accurate information (prices, services, timings, policies), the text and photos for your site, and access to the accounts I need, on time. Delays on your side move the launch date by the same amount.

Cancellation and refunds

Limits

I build carefully and test before launch, but I can't guarantee that third-party services (WhatsApp, Meta, calendars, hosting, AI providers) never change or go down. My total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid me for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Delhi having jurisdiction. In practice, if anything goes wrong, write to me first and we'll sort it out.
